Fivel is the brand new yarn from Rauma Garn. Fivel is a 2-ply, woolen-spun, worsted weight yarn, produced only from 100% Norwegian wool. For this yarn, Rauma has used only the finest fibres from the fleece to produce the softest yarn possible. Fivel is spun a little looser than usual in order to give a light and airy knit. It gives excellent stitch definition and is perfect for cables and textured knits. It is Rauma's softest wool yarn and will soften even more after washing.
This yarn is available in a palette of 9 heathered colours (dyed on grey wool - Melert in Norwegian) and 14 solid colours (dyed on white wool).
