Welcome to the Laine des Iles loyalty scheme!
How does it work?
Our scheme allows you to accumulate points exchangeable for reductions on your future purchases. Membership of the scheme is free. All you need to do is create a Laine des Iles customer account by clicking My Account at the top of the page. You will receive Points de Tricot on opening your account and with every subsequent purchase.
IMPORTANT: Please note that for the moment, the loyalty points application on the website is not bilingual, and therefore currently appears in French only. It is very simple to use, but to help with any problems, please see the translated FAQ below.
- 250 points for opening an account
- 1 point for every €1 spent, including sale and promotional items (but excluding shipping costs)
Every order placed while you are logged in to your customer account will earn you Points de Tricot. The points earned following an order will be credited to you after the legal withdrawal period, i.e. 15 days after receipt of your order. There is no time limit on using your points.
You are rewarded according to the following scale:
250 Points de Tricot = €5 voucher
500 Points de Tricot = €12 voucher
1000 Points de Tricot = €25 voucher
Discount vouchers are not usable in conjunction with other reduction codes.
Attention: after opening your account, you will receive a confirmation email. You will need to click on the link in this email to confirm your account and your password. Without completing this stage, your account will not be confirmed.

What is this?
This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like opening an account and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.
Who can join?
Anyone with a Laine des Iles customer account is automatically enrolled.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points for opening an account and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the Earn Points (Gagnez des points) tab in the menu.
How do I view my point balance?
Your point balance is on every page in the widget.
How do I redeem my points?
Select the tab called Redeem Points (Obtenir récompenses). Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. Note that "Bon d'achat" is a voucher. If you have an available voucher, it will be displayed with the number of points and value in Euros € - simply click on the button "Obtenir récompense" to redeem it.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
What do the 'approved' (approuvé), 'pending' (en attente) and 'cancelled' (annulé) statuses mean?
Approved (approuvé): These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
Pending (en attente): These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals
Cancelled (annulé): These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
Why did my points balance go down?
You cancelled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.
How do I leave the programme?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
