Shipping charges are calculated according to the value of your order. Prices are in British pounds.

CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
Shipping charges are at a fixed rate and include packing, packaging and transport.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer. The buyer should assure that he/she has given complete and correct address details. In the event that delivery cannot be made to the address provided, resulting in the return of the shipment, redelivery of the order will be at the buyer's expense.
The seller will not be held responsible for delivery problems, loss or damage caused by the postal services. In the event of loss or damage, an claim will be raised with the postal service (La Poste) ; in the event of compensation being paid, this will be reverted to the buyer in the form of a credit note or refund.
In the event of a Colissimo delivery being shown as "delivered" by ColiPoste, but which the addressee claims not have received, the postal service unfortunately does not accept responsibility and no refund can be made in such a case.
RETURNS
If you change your mind about an order, we accept returns for a period of 30 days starting from the date of receipt of your goods.
Please return your parcel in its original condition and packaging with a note explaining the reason for your request to the following address:

Items are to be returned at the customer's expense. The customer may request a credit note or a refund. No exchange possible (in this case, the customer should simply place a new order for the required items).
Errors or defective items
In the event of an error on our part or a defective item, please send us an email with a description of the problem (with photos if necessary) within 5 days of receipt of your order. We will advise you if it is necessary to return the goods to us or not. If it is, then Laine des Îles will refund the cost of return upon presentation of a postal receipt. You may request a credit note, refund or replacement of the item.
