Tukuwool is a high-quality wool, spun and dyed in Finland using only Finnish wool. The Finnsheep breed comes in a range of colours from white to black, and the palette therefore contains 9 natural colours and 15 heathered colours, obtained by overdying grey shades of yarn, as well as 10 bright solid colours. It is a woollen-spun, plied yarn with a lovely natural sheepy feel and smell. One 50gm skein is enough to make a basic hat or mittens. Wonderful for both colourwork and lacework.
