Laine Magazine No. 10 - Rooted
Laine welcomes you into the world of Nordic knit life.
This 10th issue was photographed at the Frantsila Herb Farm in Finland and offers 12 new and original knitting patterns (by, amongst others, Midori Hirose, Sylvia Watts-Cherry, Julie Hoover, Natasja Horby, Rievive and Veera Välimäki). Also in this issue: an interview with designer Denise Bayron, articles on wool brand G-Uld, BIPOC in fibre and on knitting and well-being. You will also find an article by regular columnist Jeanette Sloan, seasonal recipes and book reviews.
Laine is a high-quality, bi-annual Nordic knit & lifestyle magazine for knit folks. Laine cherishes natural fibres, slow living, local craftsmanship, and beautiful, simple things in life. The intention is to inspire you to gather and share, to be part of a community of like-minded knitters, makers and thinkers from near and far. Knitting is more than just knit, knit, purl. It is a feeling.
Laine includes patterns from the leading knitwear designers, insightful, long-format stories from the world of wool, interviews, exciting travel articles, seasonal recipes and strong, visual storytelling.
