Since March 17th, the French postal service has been adapting its organisation on a daily basis in order to guarantee its service mission for the duration of the crisis, while protecting the health of its workers and its customers. Since 11th May 2020, a new working plan has allowed the progressive return to a full working week from Monday to Saturday.
However delays and late deliveries are still possible. The normal delivery time of 48 hours (within France) is not currently being guaranteed.
Please also take the following points into account:
- Our local post office is now open again, but has a modified timetable for the summer period. Your orders will therefore now be sent out on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
- We are now shipping again to all countries. However please note that for the time being we are only offering shipping by Colissimo (insured priority parcel service of the French post office). The Delivengo service (cheaper, uninsured small parcel service) is currently suspended on our website, as during these still uncertain times we do not feel that it is sufficiently secure.
- Since the end of May we have again been offering delivery to service points (customers in France and Belgium only).
- For delivery to your home (within France), the post office is now offering signed-for deliveries again.
We will keep you informed of any changes in the situation. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
