Since March 17th, the French postal service has been adapting its organisation on a daily basis in order to guarantee its service mission for the duration of the crisis, while protecting the health of its workers and its customers.
However delays and late deliveries are still possible.
Please take the following points into account:
- We are currently experiencing unusually high demand and a very large volume of orders. We are doing our best to ship your orders as fast as possible, but the handling time may be longer than usual (2-3 working days instead of 1-2).
- Our local post office is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, so parcels are shipped on these days. No shipping on Wednesdays. In addition, being a small local post office, it is liable to be closed without notice if there are staff shortages at other sites. In this case parcels will be shipped on the following working day.
- We are now shipping again to all countries. However please note that for the time being we are only offering shipping by Colissimo (insured priority parcel service of the French post office). The Delivengo service (cheaper, uninsured small parcel service) is currently suspended on our website, as during these still uncertain times we do not feel that it is sufficiently secure.
- Following the suspension of parcel deliveries to Belgium, the French post office is now progressively re-starting the service from 26th November onwards. Orders for delivery to Belgium are therefore now possible again.
We will keep you informed of any changes in the situation. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
